The Charles Luck Stone Center is designed to provide inspiration, to showcase creativity and to display our products for homeowners, architects, designers, builders, masons and landscapers. It is a place for you to work and collaborate. The Stone Center answers your questions about stone.
Studio
The studio is a place to be inspired, to create your dream. Here,
samples and photos of applications are on display. Here you come to
touch, feel and learn about stone and choose various face and edge
finishes, as well as setting styles. The Studio is also a place to
work. It is a place to meet with your building team and brainstorm
about the possibilities of the design. Each studio is staffed by
consultants and product specialists who will guide you through your
project.
Workshop
This is the domain of the craftsmen. In the workshops, slabs of stone
are measured twice and cut once before being transformed into products
for the home. The workshop is available for you to tour. Here you will
gain a greater understanding of the craft behind stone’s
transformation.
Contractor Yard
The yard is designed for easy access to stone pallets and order
fulfillment. Here, contractors can place orders and pick-up products.
The yard is available for architects, designers, masons, landscapers
and builders to tour with clients and homeowners in order to review
what stones are currently available.
Channel Managers
The Charles Luck Stone Center is also supported by associates who are
dedicated to serving the installation, architecture, design and
building professions. These associates will visit professionals at
their office or at the building site to provide samples and
application information as well as share new product and services.
Retail Centers
The Retail Center offers samples and photos of applications on display. Here you come to touch, feel and learn about stone and choose various face and edge finishes, as well as setting styles. Each Retail Center is staffed by consultants who will guide you through your project. In 2008 and 2009, all of our Retail Centers will be replaced with Studio facilities.
Studios in Raleigh and Charlotte, NC, will break ground in late fall of 2007 and are scheduled to be complete late fall 2008.
Our Charlottesville, VA and Columbia, MD, Studios are in the design development stage and are expected to be complete by Spring 2009.
