Our work is simple:

Explore: To go to the end of the earth to find the right stone for your home.
Discovery: To make the discovery simple and enjoyable.
Create: To show you the possibilities of designing and crafting with stone.

The Charles Luck concept asks you to look at stone in a way that might be entirely new. 

Our desire is to build you a story. We will introduce you to people and places, as well as the moments and history captured in stone. Like you, each stone is from somewhere. It has witnessed events, met people and accomplished tasks. The stone may have been visited by Michelangelo or used as the foundation for the Statue of Liberty. Those are the stories stones want to tell.

And they are the stories told in our Studios, Workshops and Contractor Yards.

As we work with you to determine which stone and story is a fit for your unique world, your experience will be just as distinctive as the hundreds of stones available from Charles Luck Stone Center in our Foundation, Signature and Legacy Lines.  The Charles Luck concept is founded on research – research that showed our customers desired personalized customer service.  For example, contractors and builders will appreciate expedient service and the breadth and depth of our inventory, and homeowners, designers and architects will visit the Stone Centers as a destination for design, creativity and collaboration. 

The execution of the Charles Luck concept is founded on customer research, but the emotion we feel for our business is far from scientific.  Put simply, we have a passion for stone and for our customers.  As we exercise this passion, you’ll get the sense that we’re celebrating the beauty and allure of stone and sharing our excitement with our customers, whether it’s through our knowledge, the execution of a job or collaboration as we work with customers to determine how stone might fit into their world.
