The soft, muted palette of Tempesta offers flexibility of design and the beautiful veining and tumbled surface adds subtle texture. Depending on pairings and application, Tempesta shines as neutral foundation or can translate into an ultra sophisticated look. Tempesta is quarried in the Andes Mountains at a very high elevation. The radical temperature swings in this region create a denser, stronger, and less porous stone with smaller natural holes than other travertines found around the world.
