Scabos Tumbled

Darker than many travertines, Scabos’ hosts a distinctive color range, including warm nutty brown, rich cream, ochre and rust accents. Used as an architectural material since antiquity, travertine exhibits a feeling of strength, longevity and beauty. It is a sedimentary stone that is a type of limestone, formed by ground waters in caves and springs. The result is reflected in the gentle movement and holes in the stone, which can be left open or filled with an un-sanded grout.
