Northern Buff Slab

The coloration of Northern Buff limestone is a soft buff and the stone has moderate movement. The material is offered with a vein cut or fleuri cut. Vein cut stone is cut across the sedimentary bed and exposes the layered nature of the stone. The veined pattern of this cut is most suitable for sills and coping. Fleuri cut stone is cut with the sedimentary bed to reveal a marbled or flowered pattern. This cut is suitable for all dimensional stone applications.
