In 1923, Charles Luck, Jr. founded a single quarry, Sunnyside Granite Company, on the outskirts of Richmond, Virginia. In the decades that followed, that company became Luck Stone, run by generation after generation of the Luck family. In 1976, more than 50 years after its founding, Luck Stone changed the industry by opening the company’s first retail Stone Center. Today, more than 80 years later, the Charles Luck Stone Centers are a source of inspiration, expertise, and distinctive products for the trade and style minded homeowners, a destination for those whose passion for stone is as strong as ours.
